New Show ‘Ancient Egypt by Trains’ Takes Us From Alexandria to Aswan
Alice Roberts is a British TV presenter, anthropologist, and biologist who is currently travelling through Egypt on one of the world's oldest railways in an effort to learn more about the ancient country's secrets (and hopefully nothing else; we're looking at you, British Museum).
The documentary series, titled "Ancient Egypt by Train," follows Roberts as she investigates Egypt and surveys locations from the shores of Alexandria to the archaeological outposts of Aswan, meeting specialists and learning long-kept mysteries along the way.
